Corporate & Employee Gifting

    The Corporate GiftThat Goes Home

Custom coloring books drawn for your company — your team, your office, your occasion. Most corporate gifts are for the employee. This one is for their family, which is why it does not end up in a drawer.

Planning Holiday Gifts? Count Back Two Months.

A custom book takes about two months from starting the design to arriving — roughly two weeks to an approved digital sample, two weeks for the physical sample, and three weeks to print and ship.

So work backwards from the date you need them in hand. If you want books distributed in the first week of December, the design needs to start around the beginning of October. For a holiday party mid-December, early-to-mid October. Onboarding kits and client gifts with no fixed date are easier — but the ones tied to a season are not.

If your date is already tight, say so in the form. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit to anything, and what would have to change to make it work.

Why This Beats Another Branded Mug

The test of a corporate gift is not whether people are polite about it in the room. It is whether it still exists in March.

It is a gift for their family, not for them

Almost every corporate gift is aimed at the employee — a mug, a hoodie, a gift card. A coloring book their child sits down with is a gift to the household. That is a different feeling, and it is the reason people mention it.

    It survives the desk drawer

The honest test of a corporate gift is whether it is still around in March. Branded merchandise usually is not. A finished coloring book ends up on a fridge.

    It is specific to you

Not a stock design with a logo dropped in the corner. The artwork is drawn from your team, your office, your city, or whatever the occasion actually is.

    It scales without becoming generic

Ten books or a thousand. You can run one shared design across the whole company, or make each one about a different person — both are normal work for us.

    What Companies Order Them For

    Holiday gifts for employees

A book starring your team, or one their children can actually colour over the break. It goes home, which is more than most holiday gifts manage.

    Client appreciation

A custom book featuring the client's own office, team or city. Harder to throw away than a bottle, and considerably harder to forget.

    Onboarding kits

Give a new hire something for their family on day one. It signals what kind of company they have joined more than a branded notebook does.

    Family days and team events

Employees bring children to the summer picnic or the holiday party. This is the thing that keeps them occupied and gets taken home.

    Conference and trade show swag

A booth giveaway people keep. Most conference swag is triaged into a hotel bin before the flight home; a coloring book leaves in the bag.

    Milestones and recognition

Work anniversaries, retirements, a team hitting something big. A book about the actual people involved beats a plaque nobody displays.

You Pay Nothing Until You Are Satisfied

Signing off on a custom gift for the whole company is a real risk, so we removed the part that makes it one. Everything before the bulk order is free.

    • Design and unlimited revisions — free. We turn around feedback within 48 hours and do not cap the rounds.
    • A digital proof — free. The complete book, by email, before anything prints.
    • A physical printed sample — free. Shipped to you, so you can put the real thing in front of whoever signs off.
    • Payment is due before printing and shipping — and only then, once you have approved a book you have held.

    Questions Buyers Ask

    What is the minimum order?
Bulk pricing starts at 10 books, and there is no hard minimum beyond that or any maximum. Send us a quantity and we will quote it.
How much does it cost per book?
We quote every project individually rather than publishing a rate card, because per-unit cost moves with quantity, how much personalization each book carries, your timeline and where the books ship. Email michael@mycustomcoloringbooks.com with a quantity and a date and you will have a firm number within one business day.
    When do we pay?
Payment is due in full before printing and shipping. Everything before that — design, unlimited revisions, the digital proof, and a physical printed sample — costs you nothing.
Can you use our brand assets?
Yes. Send your logo, brand colours and any guidelines and we will work to them. A logo and a website is enough to get started.
Can every book be personalized to a different employee?
Yes. We produce runs where all copies are identical, runs where a shared design carries a name that changes per copy, and runs where each book is built around a different person or family. They are different amounts of work, so the approach affects the quote.
Can you ship to home addresses instead of the office?
Yes, and for a distributed team it is often the better option. Splitting a run across many addresses is routine — send us the list and we will price it in up front rather than discovering it later.
    How long does it take?
About two months on average from starting the design to delivery: roughly two weeks to an approved digital sample, about two weeks for the physical sample, and about three weeks to print and ship. The design stage is the one you control, because it depends on how many rounds of feedback you want.
We have a fixed date. Can you hit it?
Tell us the date and we will answer honestly before you commit to anything. If it is tight we will tell you which corners can be cut and which cannot. We would rather turn down a deadline than miss one.
