We create custom coloring books using photos and descriptions you provide. You may receive a digital copy or physical printed version of your personalized book, depending on your order.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
• Only upload images you have the right to use
• Not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights

2. Orders and Payments

Orders are placed through our website or associated marketplaces (e.g., Etsy). Payment is required at the time of order. All sales are final, except as outlined in our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

By uploading photos or submitting descriptions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of creating your custom coloring book.

All artwork and coloring book designs we create remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs without written permission.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver digital files within 1-2 business days and printed books shipping times may vary depending on your location and printing partners.

5. Refunds & Revisions

Because each coloring book is custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless:

• There is a major error on our part
• Your order was not delivered (physical orders)

If you're unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us at michael@mycustomcoloringbooks.com within 7 days of delivery. We may offer one round of minor revisions at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service. Our total liability for any claim related to our Service is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with the Service or its systems
• Attempt to copy or reverse-engineer our products or platform

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
